Cutting & Sawing
Precise cutting is the first step in any manufacturing process. Using gantry cutting systems, tube cutting machines, and automated sawing and drilling lines, we process sheet metal, tubes, and profiles made of all standard materials — from carbon steel to titanium. The highest level of precision forms the foundation for all following manufacturing steps.
Forming
Whether bending, rolling, or press-folding—we process sheet metal up to 100 mm thick. Press-folding robots and state-of-the-art rolling mills enable us to produce complex geometric shapes with extremely tight tolerances, as required for pressure vessels, pipe bends, and plant components.
Machining
Using our fully equipped CNC machining centers, we perform deep-hole drilling, milling, turning, boring, and face milling for components of various sizes and levels of complexity. This results in high-precision components that meet even the most stringent international design codes and standards.
Assembly
From individual assemblies to complete system modules and skids – our experienced teams handle the assembly of complex, large-scale, and cross-functional projects in-house. Precision and reliability are our top priorities to ensure that every product functions flawlessly on site.
Welding & Cladding
As a recognized specialist in welding and cladding technology – including for small-diameter nozzles and complex pipe bends – we are experts in joining challenging materials such as duplex, superduplex, and nickel-based alloys. This is complemented by PWHT furnaces and inductive localized stress-relief annealing for heavy components.
Testing
Non-destructive testing, materials testing, laboratory testing
Our in-house laboratory for non-destructive testing and materials testing, staffed by Level II and Level III-certified personnel, monitors every step of the production process. This ensures that every component meets the highest quality and safety standards.
Coating
Through sandblasting, shot blasting, and professional industrial coatings—applied by qualified coating technicians with Frosio Level 3 certification—we ensure maximum durability and corrosion resistance for our products, even under extreme operating conditions.
Packaging
At the completion of each project, we handle professional packaging and transportation management to ensure that your components and equipment reach their destination safely and on time – worldwide and in compliance with the highest quality standards.
