Sustainability isn’t just a corporate commitment – it starts on the shop floor. Our apprentices Finn and Phillipp took on a real-world challenge: identifying energy waste within our operations and turning findings into action.
The result: significant compressed air savings – and a measurable reduction in our carbon footprint.
The IHK Saarland recognized their work with the top award, and we couldn’t be prouder. For us, this is also a strong signal and a testament to the quality of our in-house apprenticeship program. The next generation is already driving sustainable industrial change.
