Double-walled drill pipes for cased drilling to a depth of 35 m

For cased boreholes up to a depth of 35 m, LEFFER offers double-walled drill pipes in usable lengths from 1 m to 6 m. Thanks to our extremely low manufacturing tolerances in diameter, roundness, and straightness, you benefit from quick installation and optimal power transmission – a decisive advantage in daily construction site operations.

Optimal pipe connections for maximum efficiency

The robust pipe connectors consist of a nipple and a socket section and are secured using radially arranged cone screws. The smooth pipe surfaces on the inside and outside prevent reinforcement cages or drilling tools from getting stuck when pulling the casing. This increases safety and reduces downtime.

Reliable in water-bearing strata and under water pressure

LEFFER drill pipes have proven themselves many times over, both in cased kelly drilling through water-bearing soil layers and in drilling under water pressure. To reliably prevent the ingress of water and fine particles, both the cone screws and the pipe connectors can be equipped with additional sealing rings.
