Code of Conduct

With our technologies, ideas, and experience, we work to manufacture products that are economical, safe, and environmentally friendly, tailored to the needs of our global customers. Our Code of Conduct describes our standards for responsible behavior. We place particular emphasis on compliance with legal regulations, fair competition, sustainability, and the protection of human rights.

Supplier Code of Conduct

We source raw materials, goods, and services from around the world to manufacture our products. In our cooperation with our trading partners (suppliers from whom we purchase goods or services and customers who receive goods or services from us), we attach great importance to the implementation of legal requirements, international agreements and standards, and sustainability efforts. We address our expectations of our trading partners, within their own companies and along their entire supply chain, in this Supplier Code of Conduct.

Whistleblower System

In order to counteract violations at an early stage and minimize damage to our company, our workforce, and our business partners, credible reports are of great importance. For this reason, we take reports and concerns very seriously and offer LEFFER employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties the opportunity to submit reports.

We protect the interests of whistleblowers by setting up a secure reporting system and guaranteeing that all reports received will be treated confidentially.
