Anti-vibration and heat exchanger technology

Anti-vibration technologies developed and patented by ExxonMobil Research and Engineering Company – such as EMbaffle® and ExxonMobile Detuning Strips (DTS) products – prevent vibration-induced damage to heat exchangers. They can be retrofitted into existing heat exchangers or integrated into new heat exchangers, ensuring more stable, efficient, and durable operation.

LEFFER is a certified licensee and has extensive experience in the construction of RODbaffle heat exchangers (former Phillips Petroleum patent).

Our engineers bring many years of experience in implementing these systems, combining it with state-of-the-art manufacturing technology and precise quality assurance.
